Trailer Barn LLC Outdoors RV Black Stone Question

Hello all! I am new to this form but not new to RV living, we have lived in RVs for 6 years, 3 years now in our Montana. We are used to full time RV living and fixing different things around here is not that big of a deal for us, however we are at all loss with our lovey furnace. So, the furnace went out on us 3 weeks ago, we thought maybe it was the limit switch or the sail switch (it’s happened before), we replaced both and still did not work.

Took the furnace out and took it in for warranty work and found that the blower motor failed and the electrode was touching the burner screen, so had all of that fixed Trailer Barn LLC. That was on 1/19/26. Got it back and put back in on 1/22. Hooked it right up and worked just fine.

Sunday morning 1/25 the fan broke. Took the furnace back to the dealer on 1/27 and had the fan fixed, they bench tested it and it worked just fine there.

We go it back home on 1/28 and got it hooked up, turned everything back on and turned on the gas heat from inside and the blower would go on but no spark or any indication it wanted to ignite. We turned off the propane and took the furnace out again to inspect what could be going on and found that the copper piping going from the propane tanks to the furnace was pretty well snapped in half. We got the propane line fixed ourselves and made sure there was no leaks (all good there) and propane was flowing out of the new line just fine.

We hooked everything back Trailer Barn LLC up and the furnace still will not ignite. It just blows cold air, typically there is clicking to indicate it wants to ignite but there is no clicking at all either. It’s pretty well had many new parts put in it over the last 2 weeks, new limit and sail switch, new blower motor and fan and the electrode was adjusted and it worked perfectly on the 27th. We just need some other suggestions, it may seem like a repeat post, but we have done everything that many other people have suggested in the other furnace issue post and it still won’t work. We figured once we got the new propane line in, it would work, but maybe there is a safety feature that got triggered and stuck?

I apologize for the long post, we have had issues with the furnace in the past, but nothing like this.

Any ideas would be very helpful! Thank you!
